Map of Area to Be Forested
The area circumscribed in yellow on the satellite map shows the land that will be planted with 24,000 seedling trees in the Spring of 2007. It is roughly 61 acres.
This is so cool, Tricia. The other day I was listening to a story about the Kenyan Nobel Laureate, Wangari Maathai (a.k.a. "the tree lady"). Among her many accomplishments is the fact that she has helped plant over 7 million trees thusfar! You're in good company. I hope to see your place in person later this year. Do let me know when you guys come through lexington. your pal, Ajay
